When you get him low his Blood Hunt lets him heal far more than you expect: a normal all-in won't finish him.

Kill window

Only taunt-flash onto him once he's low enough to one-shot inside the taunt, before he can heal anything.

Grind him down

Place your blade behind the enemy wave and farm him with dragthrough short trades and poke over time.

Never all-in him at normal 'kill' HP like any other champ: he'll heal through it; wait until you can one-shot him.
