Once you have Stridebreaker, burst him with R to force out Undying Rage, then Stridebreaker away as he goes for autos: with his ult on cooldown he's barely a champion.

You can't out-poke his Q sustain or beat him early, so afk farm toward Stridebreaker: only touch him to proc Stormraider's Surge and kite away, never to deal damage.

Manage the wave

It's fine to give CS when the wave slow-pushes to him: just don't die, and thin waves fast so he can't proxy or invade off a big crash under your tower.
